RxD Models 
RxD models have a "D" in the third character of the part number. The part number can be found on the barcode label on the back of the printer, see the images below.

RW (RxD) Models 
This information is for RxD Models only. After downloading, click on the .exe file to extract the firmware. 

PLEASE NOTE: These firmware applications are intended for use on 8 MB/16 MB printers only.Only download these applications to a R2D, R3D, or R4D printer. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THEM TO ANY OTHER PRINTER!!

Attempting to do so may cause the printer to malfunction. Please call technical support at 866-230-9494 if you need assistance. 



RxA Models
