Robert (Rob) Armstrong is currently the Senior Vice President, Global Integrated Marketing & Channels, where he is responsible for go-to-market strategy and downstream marketing execution for the full Zebra technologies portfolio, inclusive of customer segment marketing, product marketing, channel marketing, content marketing, thought leadership programs, brand strategy and media relations.
Rob Armstrong has more than 15 years of experience within the B2B technology industry and has held strategy, business development, and marketing responsibilities in all four regions – NA, LA, APAC & EMEA – before shifting into his current global corporate role.
Previously, he served as Director of Enterprise Solutions Marketing at Motorola where he managed regional demand generation, vertical marketing, and product launch responsibilities. He also managed the integration of the marketing function into Zebra Technologies upon the acquisition of Motorola Solutions’ Enterprise business. As Senior Director of North and Latin America Marketing, in the four years after the acquisition Rob built a high-performing regional marketing team which helped the business accelerate market share gains and expand revenue contribution in these regions past $2B in 2018.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
