Did you know that it has been 10 years since Google and Zebra first “met”? Though some may say that’s a long time for a relationship, we can’t believe that it has only been a decade since our initial engagement.
We’ve overcome so many technological hurdles, reached countless innovation milestones, and literally gone to the edge of the earth together!
Okay, that last part is a bit of an exaggeration. We’ve only reached the edge of the enterprise. But if you think about where the operational edge exists for the retailers, shippers, healthcare providers, first responders, utilities, governments and the many other businesses that use our technology every day, it’s not a stretch to say that we’ve literally reached every corner of the world! And now, we’re shooting for the sky. (Check out our latest collaboration around Google Cloud in this blog post.)
But our success is not ours alone. Nor are the challenges we face or goals we set.
The whole reason we became partners in 2011 was to ensure our other partners and customers would always have the technology tools and intelligence needed to support their partners and serve their customers. This diamond anniversary celebration isn’t about what we’ve accomplished together so much as it’s about what you’ve been able to do for the industry as a result. (Just read any one of our Android™ success stories to see the colossal impact our collaborative innovation has had on businesses small and large.)
As someone once said, “little by little becomes a lot.”
That’s why Zebra and Google just renewed our commitment to one another for at least another five years. We know you’re dealing with a lot of little challenges – as well as some very big ones – that could benefit from innovative technology solutions. In fact, our teams are hard at work as you’re reading this, coming up with even easier ways for you to derive valuable insights from the data that’s at your fingertips. We’re also fine-tuning your favorite technologies so that you can quickly get those actionable insights into the hands of your employees. They’re the real change-makers, after all.
