Zebra offers repair services for products that are under warranty, covered by a service contract or through a per incident repair charge. Scroll down to submit a repair request. 



When your devices need to be repaired, Zebra makes it easy to submit repair requests, receive required authorization, and track the status of all of your repairs. See the considerations below to determine which tool is right for your. Then click the blue button for the tool you choose.

OPTION 1: Repair Order Portal
  • Ideal for large partners and customers with frequent or bulk repair orders.
  • Instantaneous authorizations
  • Detailed warranty and OneCare coverage information.
  • Immediate quotes for per incident (billable) repairs.
  • Registration and login required.
  • Real-time repair status updates.
  • Shipment tracking
  • Schedule device collections (for customers entitled to this service).
  • The Repair Order Portal supports all web browsers including Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Internet Explorer, or Apple Safari.
OPTION 2: Repair Request Form
  • Available for repair requests with up to 10 devices.
  • Authorization usually within 1 business day.
  • No registration or login required.
  • Basic warranty and OneCare coverage information.
  • Separate Repair Status Tool available on Support Community.
  • The Repair Request Form supports the following web browsers: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox. Please do not utilize Microsoft Internet Explorer.
